sessions per week. These are suitable
for a wide range of abilities so come and give one a try. Our offer includes traditional classes as
well as some of the latest fitness workouts including:

A back to basics step class that is easy to follow and lots of fun. Perfect for beginners; lots of creative and simple choreography and you can progress, as your skills and confidence grow.
