Fitness class etiquette

  • Participants must be aged 16 or over.
  • You will not be permitted to enter once classes start as you will miss the warm up.
  • Remember to drink water before, during and after the class.
  • Please wear appropriate footwear for your class.
  • Class places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Classes may be booked up to 5 days in advance, online, by telephone or personal visit

All classes are monitored regularly and any classes under performing may be subject to change.
