Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQs - Aspirations

We will be unfreezing all memberships from Monday 12 April 2021 to allow usage of our facilities. Your first direct debit will be taken in May 2021 on your usual collection date.

Following the reopening of our centres in July, we were overwhelmed by the positive feedback we received from our members as to how safe they felt in our facilities. If you are not ready to return just yet though, that’s not a problem. If you would like to remain frozen you will need to refreeze your membership. If you are a direct debit customer the easiest and quickest way to do this is through our online portal you will need your DFC reference number. This is listed on your bank statement or on your joining email. We will also be writing to all our members with further details of their membership including their DFC reference number. The link to this is also available on our website. You will just need to select ‘make a change to your membership’ If you do not have access to the internet you can give any of our centres a call and they will be able to help you.

If you are a cash member and would like to remain frozen, please email direct.debitadministrator@telford.gov.uk or call 01952 382007.

We will allow customers to use the facilities on a Pay as you go basis, however, due to being unable to offer inductions at present we will only be allowing customers who have previously done this to continue to do this. We will review this as we move forward.

Our pay as you go options will still be available at the normal price, you will need to pre book activities online or over the phone.
