Customer notice: Coronavirus latest update

Due to the latest Government restrictions all of our Leisure Facilities are closed from 9pm on Monday 4 January 2021 until further notice. This includes all Leisure Centres, Horsehay Village Golf Centre, Telford Ski and Snowboard Centre and Telford Ice Rink.

I’m sure you can appreciate the situation we find ourselves in is constantly changing and we are having to react with very short notice to changes in tiers and guidance. Due to this uncertainty and the latest Government restrictions, a decision was made to freeze Direct Debits until further notice this includes the January payment. Any customers who have pay on a quarterly or annual cash basis will have their membership extended to compensate for the closure.

We are hoping that we will be able to re- open when restrictions are lifted. We will keep you informed about our plans.

Whilst our facilities are closed we are delivering an online facebook fitness class programme, download the fitness class timetable.

If you have any further questions regarding your membership please do not hesitate to get in touch in with us at leisure@telford.gov.uk.

Thank you and stay safe.
