Aspirations 1 -2-1
Aspirations 1:1 Support programme is exclusively for members who join aspirations health and fitness who are new or returning to exercise (not done 30 minutes of exercise per week in the last 28 days).
What you need to know about the ‘aspirations’ 1 - 1 support programme:
- ‘aspirations’ 1:1 support programme is specifically designed to meet your individual needs, following behaviour change methods, goal setting and latest research on exercise and lifestyle advice. It is designed for people who are new to exercise or currently inactive (not doing 30 minutes of exercise per week). We use the approach of gradual acclimatization to exercise to help you enjoy getting active and most of all keep you coming back.
What will it do for me?
This will depend on your goals and what you are seeking to achieve. This programme will help give you the knowledge, tools and motivation to help achieve your time specific goals.
How long will it take and what will each appointment involve?
Over a 12 week period you will receive (depending on your needs):
- week 1: 1:1 aspirations health assessment – which will involve an introduction into the safe use of equipment and a warm welcome to the exercise environment, focusing on goal setting and an induction to exercise, exercise plan including individualised gym programme
- week 3: 1:1 progress and goals review, exercise plan and gym programme revisions
- week 6: 1:1 progress and goals review, exercise plan and gym programme revisions
- week 12: 1:1 goal evaluation, exercise plan and gym programme revision.
