About

Our Swim4Life programme works collaboratively with you, your child and our trained instructors to support and develop your child from their first dip in the pool through to full water confidence and competence.

Our programme follows the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) National Plan for Teaching Swimming.

Classes last 30 minutes and are available for booking on weekday afternoons or weekend sessions in designated pool areas for each class level.

The pool is also supervised by a qualified pool lifeguard for optimum safety.

Did you know?

The ASA was formed in 1869 and quickly developed into the first national governing body for swimming. Brighton Swimming Club has the longest recorded continuous existence in England, forming even before the ASA in 1860.

The Swim4Life programme structure is perfect for a first-time swimmer, or a student looking to improve their confidence in the water.
