Customer notice: Coronavirus latest update

Under the latest government guidance our Leisure Centres, Swimming Pools, Telford Ski Slope, Horsehay Golf and our other outdoor sports facilities are now open with some restrictions in place. Telford Ice Rink remains closed for public skating until further notice. Aspirations memberships will resume from 12 April 2021. As a member you will have usage in April but we will not be charging any membership fees and your first direct debit will be taken in May 2021 on your usual collection date.

In line with the Government’s road map the next phase of re-opening is due on the 17 May 2021 which potentially allows the extended opening of many of our indoor sports facilities for all ages, including our indoor fitness classes. We will update all of our customers in the next few weeks about this.

Whilst our indoor exercise programme is suspended we are delivering a programme of outdoor fitness classes from 19 April 2021, you can download the outdoor fitness timetable. We are also delivering an online Facebook fitness class programme, download the online fitness class timetable.

Make a change to your membership

If you are looking to make any of the following changes to your membership this can now be completed online:

  • amend your contact details including address, email address and contact number
  • amend your direct debit details
  • make a payment on your account
  • freeze your membership for up to 3 months
  • cancel your membership.

To access the membership portal you would just need your DFC reference number (This can be found on your joining email, on your bank statement or alternatively by contacting the centre direct) along with the postcode that we have registered on the system for you.
