Women only swimming
These swims are for adults 16+ years and 11+ years accompanied by an adult 16+ years.

Due to the Primary Schools Gala there will be no 6.15pm - 7pm Family Swim and no 7pm - 7.45pm Aquafit.
The Adult Swim4Life will start at 8.15pm and will be a 45 minutes class.
