Our fitness classes

Ab blaster
This class works on the mid-section of the body, concentrating on balancing out posture, strengthening, toning and defining the abdominal area.

Activity 4 all
A low impact, fun and social circuit style exercise session for those who want to get more active and tone up.

An excellent low impact aerobic workout and muscle conditioning class, with the added fun of being in water!

Aqua circuits
This session is a series of conditioning exercises set in the water using the benefits of aquatic exercise to strengthen, condition and support the body’s muscles.

Aqua Jog
Using unique flotation belts, this class is the latest in water aerobics!
A total body workout using water resistance, which eliminates impact and stress on joints. It exercises your heart and lungs and boosts your cardiovascular system.

Aqua Zumba
Known as the Zumba® ‘pool party’, splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise.

Bodyattack (TM)
Bodyattack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.

Bodybalance (TM)
Bodybalance is a yoga based class embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, which will improve your mind, body and life.

Bodycombat (TM)
Bodycombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed, inspired by martial arts.

Bodypump (TM)
Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.

Body sculpture
An entire body strength and conditioning class, combining weight bars, dumb bells and floor work to challenge all fitness levels.

Legs, bums and tums
Warm up and then tone, tone, tone! Exercises performed on specific muscle groups to tone the body.

Mature mega mix
A low impact class carried out at a gentle pace, perfect for beginners and over 50’s.

Cycle class building confidence, strength and cardiovascular fitness

A fun-loving, addictive dance workout, SH’BAMTM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude. So forget about being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll work out knowing you can.

Step ‘n’ tone
This class offers a combination of step aerobics followed by an all over body tone.

Tone ‘n’ trim
A class designed to tone and trim all those problem areas.

Vibe step
A back to basics step class that is easy to follow and lots of fun. Perfect for beginners, with lots of creative and simple choreography and you can progress, as your skills and confidence grow.

Improves flexibility, strength, posture, relaxation and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardiovascular class for all fitness levels incorporating cultural dance moves.
